How Digital NI Act Court Works at Delhi District Courts

Digital NI Act Courts established in a totally paperless digital environment where hearings will take place through video conferencing to dispose off all NI Act complaints filed w.e.f. 17.11.2020. Complainants and their Lawyers are required to e-File their complaints through e-Filing portal.

Digital NI Act Court works in following manner:

Karkardooma Court Complex - कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स

कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स Karkardooma Court Complex ने 15.05.1993 से काम करना शुरू कर दिया था। परिसर का उद्घाटन तत्कालीन माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश श्री जी.सी. मित्तल, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय, द्वारा किया गया था।  कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स का कुल क्षेत्रफल 60200 वर्ग मीटर है जिसमें कवर क्षेत्र 48086.25 वर्ग मीटर का है। कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट कॉम्प्लेक्स में पूर्व, उत्तर-पूर्व और शाहदरा जिलों से संबंधित सिविल, आपराधिक और वैवाहिक मामले देखे जा रहे हैं।  05.05.2006 को कड़कड़डूमा अदालत परिसर में मध्यस्थता सेल (Medication Cell) का संचालन किया गया था और इसका उद्घाटन माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री एस.बी. सिन्हा, न्यायाधीश, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा किया गया था।  18.01.2007 को माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री एमके शर्मा, तत्कालीन मुख्य न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा वादियों और वकीलों के लाभ के लिए कड़कड़डूमा कोर्ट परिसर में सुविधा केंद्र की स्थापना की गई थी। सम्मेलन हॉल का उद्घाटन माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री ए. पी. शाह, तत्कालीन मुख्य न्यायाधीश, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा 03.07.2008 ...
